We want you to love your press-on nails! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

🔁 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened nail sets

• Nail glue or adhesive tabs (if packaging is opened)

• Sale or clearance items

• Custom orders

📬 How to Start a Return

Please contact our support team at jerrymedia999@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
